There's still room for more volunteers for our Stern Preserve Community Work Day, tomorrow from 1:30-4:00. We'll provide the tools and snacks, you come with some clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. We will primarily be removing Amur Honeysuckle using loppers during this work day.

We had a great meeting with Dan and Eric at the Hillside Trust! The trust owns the Stern Preserve, which sits adjacent the park, and is a key connection to Elstun Rd and the Little Miami Scenic Trail.
They are first looking for some remediation help removing invasive plants. We have settled on work days for Sunday March 17 and Saturday, April 11, from 1:30-4:00, and we will need some help! More info will be posted closer to the work days, so save the date.
